Our Refund and Return Policy

You may return any item purchased from in unused and unopened condition within 14 (fourteen) days of the purchase date for a full product refund. To request a return, please send an email notifying us of your intent to return the product(s) together with your order number. You will receive an email from us with shipping instructions. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any item that does not meet the above criteria.


In almost all cases, we will ship your product via USPS (United States Postal Service). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days. If an item is backordered, you will be notified immediately with detailed information of the expected ship date.

United States Orders: All product orders over $25.00 qualify for FREE shipping. All orders less than $25.00 in product will be accessed a shipping fee of $4.95. We reserve the right to ship your order using a shipping method and carrier of our choosing.

International Orders: We are not able to ship outside the United States at this time.

Damaged Items or Errors
We make every effort to be sure that your order is carefully packaged in order to arrive to you in excellent condition. However, in the process of shipping, there are times when the products may be damaged. If that happens, please contact us immediately. BE SURE to retain the box, product and shipping materials in case the carrier requires these for inspection. A claim will be filed for damages.

I would like to say we are perfect but, alas, we occasionally make mistakes when pulling items off the shelf for shipping. If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can correct our error.
